Yes, you can include a personal message when placing your order, and we will attach it to your gift. If you forget to add one, you can contact us on WhatsApp and we will be happy to include it.

Yes, if you prefer we can deliver your gift without revealing the sender.

We will maintain the anonymous status at a reasonable level to help maintain the surprise. In case the recipient insists, or in the event if the law mandates the disclosure of such information, we will approach you and share your contact information with the sender. If we are not able to get in touch with you, we will disclose the information 3 hours after delivery.

Yes, orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible for orders within 24 hours of delivery.

Our delivery team will contact the recipient to arrange the best delivery time. However if we fail to get in touch with recipient, our delivery team will leave the flowers or gift at the door or with the venue reception/security to ensure the delivery is completed safely. 

Most orders are delivered the same day or on your selected delivery date.
