Once an order is placed, the customer may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order until it has been processed.
Faya Bloom reserves the right to cancel orders if required due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.
3. Delivery
Faya Bloom provides delivery services across Jordan.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time may be delivered the following day.
• Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery city or location.
Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery location, our delivery team may leave the order at the door, reception, security, or another safe place at the venue to ensure successful delivery.
Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, the delivery will be considered completed.
4. Delivery Confirmation
For security and service purposes, Faya Bloom may keep delivery confirmation records, which may include delivery photos, delivery timestamps, or confirmation from the recipient or location staff.
These records serve as proof that the order has been successfully delivered.
5. Product Availability & Substitution

If a specific flower, gift item, packaging, or decorative element is unavailable, Faya Bloom reserves the right to substitute items with alternatives of equal or higher value.
All substitutions will be made carefully to maintain the same overall design, style, look, and feel of the arrangement or gift set.
6. Freshness & Product Care
Faya Bloom ensures that all flowers are freshly prepared and arranged before delivery.
Flowers are natural products and their lifespan may vary depending on environmental conditions such as:
• Temperature
• Sunlight exposure
• Handling after delivery
Once an order has been successfully delivered, Faya Bloom cannot be held responsible for changes in flower condition caused by environmental factors, improper care, or delays in the recipient receiving the flowers.
For best results, flowers should be placed in water and kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the delivery time may not be accepted as the order may already be prepared or dispatched.
If a cancellation is approved, refunds may take up to 21 business days to appear depending on the customer’s bank processing procedures.
8. Refunds & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the order, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
In such cases, Faya Bloom may offer:
• Replacement of the product
• Store credit where applicable
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not issued once the order has been delivered unless approved by Faya Bloom.
